Help control bleeding from minor oral wounds with SafeGauze HemoStyp Topical Hemostatic Dressing.SafeGauze is a sterile fabric that is prepared by the chemical treatment of regenerated cellulose. When SafeGauze comes into contact with blood or fluids, it quickly expands and transforms into a clear, viscous gel that helps fill and adhere to wound voids.
Once bleeding has stopped and coagulation has occurred, HemoStyp Topical Hemostatic Dressing can be rinsed away with water and dissolves into glucose and saline.
Each box contains 20 units of individually packaged gauze.
