How can I schedule re-delivery? (Signature Required)

For packages requiring a signature:
If no one is available to sign for the package on the first delivery attempt, the mail carrier will leave a Peach or Yellow colored notice.

This notice will provide the address of the Post Office where the package will be held as well as the date of the next delivery attempt (typically within 5 days).

Packages are returned to sender after 15 days from the first delivery attempt.

To receive your package you have 2 options:
1) Pick up the package at the local Post Office (Note: I.D. may be required)
2) Schedule re-delivery of the package at your convenience (Mon-Sat)

How to schedule re-delivery:
1.) Internet: USPS Online Redelivery Service (Read the Redelivery Help / FAQ )
2.) Phone: 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777)

What is the USPS Online Re-delivery Service?
Online Redelivery Service allows customers to use the convenience of the internet to schedule delivery of parcels or extra service mail that could not be delivered on the initial attempt.

This service will electronically notify your Post Office to redeliver your mailpiece on a day you or your agent can be home to receive it.
